📸 A Note About Photos & Privacy
You may notice that in the photos I share on my website and social media, the faces of children in my programs are not shown clearly. While I do obtain permission from parents and guardians before taking any photographs at camp, I choose to take extra steps to protect the privacy of the kids while they are participating at my programs.
With the rapid pace of technology and the increasing concerns around online sharing, I believe it's my responsibility — both as a parent and as an outdoor educator — to prioritize the safety and privacy of all children who attend my programs.
If your child participates in one of my camps, rest assured: you’ll receive any unedited photos of your child enjoying their camp experience, perfect for printing or keeping as personal memories. For public use, however, I replace faces with cheerful yellow smiley faces — a simple way to keep our joyful moments safe and private. 😊
Thank you for understanding and for supporting this extra layer of care and protection.
