Cancellation Policy

Sound Bath Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while honoring the time and energy it takes to prepare for each session. Please review the following policy before booking: ✨ Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable, as your space has already been reserved and prepared. No-shows will not be refunded or credited. 🌙 Weather-Dependent Outdoor Sessions If the sound bath is held outdoors and weather conditions are not safe or comfortable, the session may be rescheduled or moved indoors. All registered participants will be notified via email or text as soon as possible. Refunds will be given if the class is canceled by the instructor. 💫 Transfers If you're unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Please notify us at least 2 hours before the session with their name and contact info.
